A brand-new, vintage, Prather Little Toni, Quarter Midget (QM), radio controlled pylon racer model kit. Requires a .15 cubic inch (or 2.5cc) high performance engine (not included).


Kit includes high quality epoxy-fiberglass fuselage, cheek cowl, wheel pants; landing gear, aluminum wheels; foam wing kit; all wood parts; wire; detailed drawings/plans and building instructions, etc.,...All items packed in their original packaging.

As you know all Prather RC model products are of the most high quality fabrication. The Little Toni kit's are famous for high performance. These are very highly sought after model airplane kits. I have been flying a few of these aircraft over the years for fun, very exhilarating (120mph-plus).

I actually have 02 kits available. I purchased these kits back in 1980's directly from Prather Products. Both are packed in bubble-wrap protection, and doubled-boxed.

Back in the day (1980's), guys were using Super Tigre X-15's, Rossi .15(2.5cc) Blackhead's, Cox Conquest .15's. All very good engines, many of which can still be found (brand-new) on eBay for premium prices ($200.00 - $300.00).

However, I'm using NovaRossi RFX15TC .15 (2.5cc) engine's. Probably one of the best (current) .15 engine's out there, especially for the price:

Tim Lampe was a work mate of mine at Hobbico.

On a side note.. If you want to see REAL Monokote work Tim is a master at it.

Dons Hobby shop "is" my basement hobby museum. I typically dont sell out of that but do from time to time.. I will let ya know If I decide to let her go! (it is fricking sweet). Ya know I have a brand new set of foam cores for a Bob Hunt Genesis too! I have had them for 25+ years.. just so nice!

I had a beautiful one I built many years ago,
I loved to fly that bird...it would do any trick you could come up with.. it was a much better plane than I was a pilot.

Would love to build another...

yep! I can remember when those K&B .15's were first introduced (I was maybe 13 or 14 years old?). Something about them, they were just cool looking.
