Looks like you all had a great time Bob. Sorry I could not make it. With the shutdown, any leave I take I don't get paid for. Hopefully this crap will get resolved by Elizabeth City. :)

Thanks Bob for hosting the event. It was a good time hanging out with fellow modelers. You da man!

You had best get one of those Leroy Burgers for Ruth. She deserves after running the timing equipment for two days. She is a trooper! Those Leroy Burgers are the BEST I have ever tasted bar none. Tell her she was right! Thanks to Steve Sutton for driving up from Maryland to help me with props and Mike butler for modifying the twin for me. We found out high timing and big props do not work as good as conservative timing. Always learning something. Trent, thanks for raking the weeds on the right side to make a path for the right to left passes. That was threading the needle to get through there. Your boat should easily hit the 110 mark in E-City with another 8 points on the air density meter at sea level. It runs really clean!

The park folks were great and keep the place up to speed. It was nice having indoor plumbing with several well kept bathrooms. Nice to meet the folks from Ohio and congrats to Rick Maston for breaking the stock class record. As Terry says.........it ain't as easy as it looks. Thanks again Bob!

John
