I would like to know what size brass tube for the outlet that comes out the transon for the ext. on a sport 20 hydro.

I use a 1/2" ID aluminum tube on my SS 21.

Alum. Gas line pipe from most Hardware stores will work. Have you considered a piece of Carbon Fiber fishing pole. Brass tubing is heavy and you don't need any more weight in the stern than you absolutely have to. CHEERS !!! Bob

Dave, I used 1/2" on mine. I bought some 5/8" flexable aluminum hose at the toledo show I have going to try.
