Does any one have any pictures of the Hurricane IV whaleback ran in !948 - 49 the driver was Morlan Visel I know there restoring one right now but it not the one I'm looking for...Thanks
 
Nice photo .but not the right one..This one had no cowelings and no rear cowling or wing.. It was the one befor this one..

Try Leslie Fields hydro history web site, go to search this site. He has two or three good pictures of the boat.

He has a nice shot of it being lifted by a crane.

You trying to start an antique scale class :) Looking forward to seeing the 47' Pepsi run.
 
Thanks for that Info will look at those sites and see if that the boat I'm looking fore.. No not trying to start a new class of Antique boats :lol: . But looking for some Gary Moll.. I can't wait to see my Peps V run too ;) Been along time in becomming a reality..It seemed that for every step foward I went back five.. Did you get the picture? Still missing one decal ..
 
Most if not all would be in 2005 and 2006 I hardly raced this year so I didn't take many pictures.
