Hi Guys,
Maybe this is common knowlege but I just discovered it.........
If you have one of those $4 laser pointers that almost every grade school kid had a while ago, and there is a cat in your house, read on..........
I found one of those laser pointers in a drawer from the last time the grandkids were here and just wanted to see if it worked. well, the wife's cat spotted the red dot of lased light on the floor and went absolutely nuts trying to catch it.........
I spent almost half an hour playing with ( or teasing ) the cat !! you can make a cat do amazing things with that little red dot. I made our cat run in circles until it literally fell over from being dizzy!!
I haven't laughed so hard in a long time.... Up and down the stairs, through the maze of legs under the dining room table, I didn't try it ( and please don't ) but I bet you could get a cat to run full speed into the wall. that's how crazy they get trying to catch that little red ball of light...........
O.K. Maybe I should get out of the house a little more, but it was some simple fun for a rainy afternoon.
Now the cat sits and stares at the drawer that the laser pointer is kept in.............
Have fun but please don't abuse your poor simple minded cat...........
