OS 7D Carb Arm with Ball?

Question for those of you who run an OS 7D carb. The carb arm is a machined ball almost 3/16" in diameter. Anyone know of a ball end socket that works with these?

I believe the spring loaded Sullivan 4 - 40 connector works . BTW what rubber seal are you using on that header in the photo? Thanks.

This ball is quite a bit larger than the Sullivan ball.

I just put a piece of 21 silicone coupler tubing to use as as the 45 size donut.

Tyler are the balls 4mm? I just got rid of the 7D’s I had in a draw for 40 years. Have you looked at A Main Hobbies rc car parts? They use many different sizes of ball studs and connectors, maybe you can adapt one of the suspension rod ends to a carb linkage.

The ball diameter is close to .187", too large for 4mm. Maybe 5mm.

I measured the ball on my 7D and it measures 4.62mm or .182in.
I would look for a heli or rc car end link or linkage end that would work.
a post on RC groups said the Dubro 2-56 link works, remove the ball and snap on. DUB-367

that I believe is delrin been around since the 90 works great ,use to be able to get it at Mc Masters??

I have also silver soldered a piece of brass tubing to the ball arm and then drilled it for a common snap link . Tubing was flattened prior to drilling . Worked for years in an airplane .

I found the actual correct part on eBay. OS made a specific part for these. Thx for the help guys.
