I have a OS.21VZ-M Turbo that was COMPLETELY rebuilt with all new parts by Great Planes Techs. The only thing, used, was the casing. It comes with a new Rossi Quiet tuned pipe, flywheel, water cool cap and an after market 180 degree exhaust.
