I have a OS.21VZ-M Turbo that was COMPLETELY rebuilt with all new parts by Great Planes Techs. The only thing, used, was the casing. It comes with a new Rossi Quiet tuned pipe, [2]flywheels, [2]water cool caps, after market 180 degree exhaust and a 3/16 collet
