I got it on trade about 2 years ago so I could get measurements and fit water cooling to these engines, its been converted from pull start to non pull start using a TZ back plate, it has a new exhaust gasket, good pinch with 1 copper head gasket, bearings feel smooth, sleeve looks good it is a turbo head motor and has been water-cooled, 11L carb-- it sat in the tool cabinet for the last couple years oiled when I put it up so I took it apart cleaned it up re-oiled and assembled it to make sure nothing had gotten in it its a full thread crank 5mm same as an aquacraft 18 or OS-CVRM
Im selling it as-is I dont see why it wouldnt run but I personally have not run it so cant say for sure --a new 11L carb is 89 bucks from tower, Im giving the rest of it away at this price lol
