ops se, a few ????

ok so my dad has a ops se .21 in a pay n pak and he has a few problems with it. first off it is way over carberated so i was thinking of putting a k & b red carb on it, so who makes an adapter for the engine? Second, some guys in district 8 were telling me to do some exaust mods to it so it would run more reliable, i cant remeber what they where so if anyone can give me some advise that would be great.

P.S. when it runs right it flat hauls butt

I have several of the SE 21's, I run mine stock and they seem to be very reliable and easy to tune. I also have one in a Pay + Pak but have not yet got it finished.
