It is a CMB 21 Valvola Green Head. Motor is new in the box. All of the extra items included are new, with the exception of the spare exaust header mentioned in the original listing.

The extra parts are items I bought for the other 21 green head I ran. But since I never needed any of them I am including them with the motor.
