Finally after I had to get a new Bank The box is in the post this morning and I sent Joe the tracking number.
Joe has been awesome and I would highly recommend dealing with him any day of the week.

One new Propeller measuring gauge, instructions and laminated position to angle charts built by master craftsman Steve Wood. If you like to own and use precise measuring tools that you can call jewelry, this is the one tool for you.
One new Cupping Ball Set for blade reshaping or fixing a damaged prop blade. One new Stanley pliers with a hard steel ball welded to the one jaw. This will allow you to bend or twist the propeller blades. Use for repair damaged blades or to make modifications for more speed, power or as we know today both. One new Nicholson handle which will now hold the propeller while you file, sand and do your finishing work to each blade. One used propeller balancer in LN condition. Plus a used Octura #457 propeller to practice on while you are learning how to make the repairs on damage blades or modifications to them.
One used LN condition Hughey Propeller measuring gauge that is perfect to take to the pond or lake. While you do your testing and just what to do a quick check of your propeller or make a slight mod.
