Walt,

I run a conservative 16-18% oil mix in my Picco 45's, including the new blue one. I have reduced wear and the bearings last quite a while. Use Morgan's Cool Power. Many racers will use less % but I want my engines to last more than a year without extensive rebuilds. It has worked for me for many years.

I have several black heads and a new blue head. Properly prepped, they run the same, very well!

Thanks Guys, I hope to have my new 40 boat ready to run by the end of month, with the new blue head Picco, I have a new 45 Andy Brown parbolic (spelling) pipe and will try this combo first.
