Take a look at my post JAE 45 GT it has a OS 46 with remote needle. I would consider pulling it out for sale.
 
Just pulled it out. Top of piston and head look good, But when pulled the sleeve out, I see a small area with plating is missing not scared just missing. So now dropped down to $100. Bearings turn smooth.
Sorry for current condition.
