Nova rossi

I understand N.R. is gone but I watched a car video today & that video was marked 3 months back. He was talking about the new nova engines that has taken over from the old Nova Rossi company. He said they , Nova engines will be making car engines for off road & on. Can somebody comment on this if this is true or not. Also will this company be building boat engines as well. Thanks for any info. Would Ron shaw have this information.
