Your not allowed to run it? What gives? Thats a national rule, moreso than a district rule..... not only that, all you need is 2 pieces of wood taped in where the measurements are taken......

Your not allowed to run it? What gives? Thats a national rule, moreso than a district rule..... not only that, all you need is 2 pieces of wood taped in where the measurements are taken......

HEY Allan calm down, thats going to be a real good racing boat for you. Like duck says the mod to make it legal is nothing more that a 1/4 inch spacer next to the bellypan. did you see the post about SSP45 Namba mod?

Guys, I run a PT boat and did my own mod. trimming the belly pan from the trailing edge of the sponsons to the spot where the bottom and the pan intersect. The boat is very fast and stable. The mod didn't adversly effect the performance of the hull.

I will repair modified light wood taped pieces on bottom this week so will run test again thanks for info;
