brand new,,needs sealed and painted,,no engine or radio but it is 90 percent done,,strut and rudder installed,,drive line installed,,motor mount is in,,cowl is cut and fitted,,you will need a cover for the bait box and radio box,,radio box has the mounts for hitech 81 or 225 servos for throttle and 3rd channel,,also has turn fin,,very very nice boat and i think at a great price,,i will post some pics here shortly,,400.00 shipped lower 48,,thanks,,gary
