The NORTH COAST POND HOPPERS will have a 2011 general membership recruitment and organizational meeting at 2:00 pm Saturday March 26th at Dennys Restaurant, 4331 W. 150th Street, Cleveland, OH 44135 (One block south of I-71, W. 150th St. Exit). Phone 216-671-8221.
All interested parties are urged to attend, new blood more than welcome. Please plan to patronize the restaurant as they provide use of the room in exchange.
In addition to the election of officers and treasurers report areas of discussion will include ways and ideas for growing the club, resolution of club classes, the possible inclusion of Outlaw class(s) outside of the usual IMPBA venue, consideration to Saturday versus Sunday race days and our 2011 season schedule. Also whether to run for full season club points for awards, consciousness of sound control and other items of interest open for discussion.
First time members are always free the first year but you must pay your dues to join IMPBA. Current dues for existing North Coast Pond Hooper members are $25. Payment at the meeting would be appreciated. Forms for joining or renewing IMPBA will be available at the meeting. Coming prepared to fill out the new or renewal IMPBA application with payment of $60 we will see that you have your registration before our first race.
