Unfortunate, but this may have been coming for some time. Seems like the last few years there has been some financial problems putting that race on. Always seems like they are short of cash and then at the last minute they come up with it and the race happens but maybe not this time. Personally I've been kind of bummed that we haven't really had the turnout of boats in San Diego. Last few years it's only been 8 or 9 while Seattle and TC has 12 to 15. Until we get more boats to commit to a full circuit it's going to be a problem. Oh yeah and then there is that economy thing. Corporate dollars are not there.
