I had a bad cell in my 12 cell split pack 6 cells on either side IB 3800's pack i removed the cell that was over heating . Would there be an issue of using a 11 cell pack 6 cells on 1 side 5 on the other all soldered in series to check for the possibilty of more bad cells in the pack before spending more money on replacing them? What im trying to get at is thier a issue in charging a pack that has a uneven count off cells ?Regards Andris Golts.

I dont see why there would be a problem mate.
