I have 2 one for keeping and one for playing and modifing (already started sharpened the turnfin rudder, and prop. Need our electrical engineers to figure if it will take a bigger better battery.

Bob the antnena is big since it's on 27mhz. As for the NAPA stores I have no idea Rod G has had some on order for us for a long time but they had never came in I got the ad on a fan e-mail so I figured might as well just order them though Martin's website. They are just toys and on the box it states limited edition while supply lasts. SO who know if they will have tehm at the NAPA stores? My NAPA stores could even find them to order them. For $39 I think thery're kind of neat. Next weekend I'll try to get a video on the lake with it. Bath tub is just a little small. Oh it does have reverse too.

If you have never met Martin he is real easy going and fun to boat with he is very serious on his model boating and works very hard at setting the records. He does have an advantage over most of us since he is off during the week and lives on a lake and only works on weekends!

Bill, the funny thing was that I went through the links that you first provided, it showed pictures of Martin's JAE .45 'rigger, not the toy.

Yes, I've never met him in person (yet) but we did talk one night in the IW chatroom for a while. I was dozing off at the keyboard at around 3:15 AM and he was still typing up a storm! He had a race later that day in Talladega.
