When crews arrived, the vehicle was completely submerged. Hazmat crews were on standby in case of any fuel leakage.

As of 10:45 p.m. Monday night, crews were still working to remove the vehicle.
 
And, to think, there wasn't any ice on the road from what I can see in the picture. Wonder what the driver was doing since he obviously wasn't paying attention to the road or driving
 
we had one at the Celina race site. it was a stolen car and was there for a year before a fisherman discovered it. it was on turn one. glad they didnt discover it race weekend.
