I'm in the Portland, OR area. Used to be into R/C years ago. In the 80's in my teens I had cars, boats, and planes. In the early 2000's I designed and built a 1/5 scale on-road car.

Now I am designing and building a 1/8 scale Apache 47' deep vee with scale Mercruiser SSM drives. I will probably start a build thread for this. Currently I am only just about to start cutting the plug for the lower hull mold. I'm more interested in this looking correct than obtaining a record breaking top speed. (Not that it won't be fast. It will have three engines and outdrives like the full scale.)
