Very nice Nemesis 21 Tunnel hull with low run time. Just add receiver, power head, prop, and go!

It's kit #11 and has all of the "updates" from when Mike Z was selling these. Comes with everything pictured, including extra part tracings from Robbin Stebbins and original kit sponson formers if you ever decided you wanted to build another one.

After the first batch of boat were sold we found out that the boat did not like any lower unit but the K+B.. I made changes to the sponsons (new design) to adjust for this.

Ron, thanks for the nice comments. Nothing modified on the sponsons, they are just the updated versions from Mike. If you are referring to the black bottoms, that's just a little graphite mixed into the epoxy for block sanding and edge sharpening.
