Need novarossi engine info please

I have a novarossi that came in a jae rigger. I can't find much info on the internet. The block has nova on one side and 2000 on the other. Im looking for a p/s for it. Any help would be appreciated

It is a nova rx....I believe it is a long stroke

The Nova Rossi engines that have Nova 2000 on the side of the engine are SHORT stroke engines, which were not made after the year 2000. Parts are very difficult to find but engines in good shape still have value to those that still want to run them. I know of no source(s) for the short stroke engines, especially the P&S. I would be interested in some as well.

Those that have the Nova RX21 on the side are the older long strokes. Those made before 2000 have a sleeve diameter of .756". Those made after 2000 uses the larger sleeve of .767". The newer extra long strokes out now are different.

Looks like you got some great advice from the guys above. That is a square stroke engine and since that engine was produced, the engine designs have moved toward long stroke and extra long stroke which are producing more overall power and RPM.
