need help

frank werner ,also known here as d7, is trying to get ahold of me,as I am of him,asap. he has changed his email,which apparently locked him out of I waters for a period of time. he is emailing me,but my emails back to him seem to be blocked,as he is not getting them(I have used 2 old accounts and 2 new ones,1 of them bounced back). I can not message him on here,as he seems to have a new account,and is still validating,and it won't let me pm him..if any one on here has access to frank or knows him let him know what is going on. maybe we can talk by phone if possible,or through another member

I had to do some searching (it's actually D-7) but I found him, he should be good to go now.
