Hello Does anyone know if this boat was made by a manufacturer? if so was it a wood kit designed for you build it your self

It looks like a Tom's Cat from Octura. It was released in two versions. A glass version and a wood kit. This one looks like it was built from the wood kit

I ran a glass Tom's cat back in the late 80s it ran real good
