Namba 8 Mini Thunder Info

Hey All,

I saw a youtube video of the Namba 8 Mini Thunder here in the pacific northwest and was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction for more info. It appears to be an entry level class using mostly stock Aquacraft Vegas boats. Any additional info would be great (schedule, fees, rules , etc). Thanks!

Can you provide a link to the video? I'm not sure what race you are referring to so it's hard to give you more information. If it's Vegas boats it's probably one of the district points races or one of the specialty races that Jerry puts on.

Hey Guys,

Here is the video. Its rather old...covering the 2007/2008 namba8 races. Thats primarily why I'm asking about this Vegas class. Not sure if they are even running now. The video is over an hour long but the Vegas class is covered at 3:54 and more thoroughly at 19:30. Jerry, I see you are the primary spokesman in the video for this class. namba8.com had limited info on Vegas class. I'm guessing its Hydro18? The schedule was posted on this site but I didn't see Hydro18 listed on it. Thanks much.

The Vegas boats run in 18 hydro and sport 18 mod. They can also run in 20 hydro, but they are not very competitive in that class. I don't believe Marty is offering the Vegas/18 RTR class at the NW Scale Championships any more.

Our entry fees are $15 for the first class and $8 for each additional class.
