A friend made it for me. I owned a real Lauterbach hydro that was built in 1977 that was painted and pinstriped like that with silver leaf just like the model but any sign shop should be able to do it

Spray max 2k glamour painted outside in the cold then bring inside no overspray

Depends how well it was sealed and how nice you want it at least 5

No it will be over paint. It may be cheaper to just buy clear in a quart.
