Castle has this chart for Neu motors. Offshore Electrics has a Fiegao motor chart and some calculators that might help. I check out the build threads to see what other guys are using too
Great chart you can get a very good idea of what you need to fit your boat. I found the chart to be a big help for me running electric only 2 1/2 years now. The hard part for me is looking in my hobby money drawer x amount of $$$$$ tells me what I can spend. 1st I decide how many batteries I can fit in the boat? Then I start looking at motor not knowing I ask here what do I need kv and Y or D configuration. Next is which ESC and finally how much $$$$$ will it take to buy all the matching parts.
