For those looking for a stick system, now you know what I know!
"Hopefully this will end the rumors and misinformation:
Announced today to Team Futaba members and also on other forums -
* We'll be unveiling the new 2.4 FASST (Futaba
Advanced Spread Spectrum Technology)at E-FEST next weekend. For those
of you who are in the area, or will be here this will be the first
chance to see and feel the new system.
* We are especially happy to announce that the new system will be
a "full range" system, meaning that you'll be able to fly it in
anything that you've got. It's no longer designated as a "park
flyer" system.
* Testing in Japan as well as Hobbico has proven that the system
works well as far as you can see. We've also done extensive testing
with other 2.4 systems on the market, with no problems exhibited on
either side. This will give you factual info when people ask!
* The systems should be in stock by the end of March, and
the "retail" price on it will be $249.99."
