I'm thinking about getting a nitro mono. I'm looking at the .21 size, like Seaducer or Microburst. Just need some opinions on these two. Thanks

Best Seaducer SD3 20 Mono without trim tabs

Better Speedmaster 20 mono without or with trim tabs & turn fin

Good Calcaft & Mircoburst with trim tabs & turn fin

Depend on your what kind of 21 engine ??

Clifton that set up in a Seaducer is awesome use a 1614 prop from Mark Sholund

Robert, I ordered the 1614/ 3 Chopper from Mark.
Cliff,

I have the same prop ( likely with some small differences) from Mr. Sholund for my Speedmaster. I haven't run it yet, but the previous owner (Mr. Loeb) ran that prop on this hull. He said it ran well, and I'll take both of those guys' advice anytime! Good luck and let us know how it runs...

There is a excellent and competitive A mono speedmaster for sale by Rob Duckering in the for sale section.

If you ask anyone that knows Rob they will tell you his boats are top notch.

He as myself both run Speedmaster and are excellent running boats

Thanks Fons. myself, I prefer the speedmaster, The seaducers have a built in hook that changes with the weather. Been down that road. The speedmasters are straight. Lots of good running seaducers but also lots of ****** ones, guys like Doug Sick changing the bottom on a seaducer, to each their own.

I run a 40 seaducer but its different as the power helps to overcome the hook in the corners. The 21's are a different story as the power is not there.
