mm18 fe conversion

OK guys lets see how bad I screwed up.Helpfull hints are welcomed, being called a DA is allowable,but SOB is as low as I go. Now the fact: MM18 nitro conversion using s Hobbywing3060kv brushless water cooled motor,a 90a Hobbywing watercooled esc. and 2 4600mah 8.4v nickel metal battery packs. I had no advice on what to get, so I guessed at it. Thoughts? JUST REMEMBER THE RULES be nice and play fair.

motor is not suitable for that boat in my opinion. (too small)
