I have .12 JAE With the best of evreything...

-VERY well built and straight and tough and light .NO ca.. all well placed west epoxy. All wood sealed with west then sanded and primed and painted with Klasskote.

I use larger hollow cf boom tube rods that will brake when needed and not gut the hull...

-NR 3 port .12 from Glenn with his carb mod. Maybe 8-10 tanks of 50% through it.

-NR header and 2.5 macs pipe.Cut and fit just like glen recommends.

-Larger better working Turn fin than original. Not home made works awesome turns like in rails.

-David preuse Cowl cut to fit and held on with a magnet.

-Don Ferette base and o.s. in-flite small needle valve assembly.

-.150 cable...1440 prop...2 futaba micro servos one for the needle and one for the throttle and 1-225 servo for steering.Starting belt...speedmaster strut....modified zipkit rudder to look like and work like a speedmaster mini rudder.Other misc parts that will nicke and dime you...

I will be KEEPING the receiver, and battery, and switch.

What else can i say...this is a little rocket but i have decided not my thing.I built it during the winter and took my time and it is dead straight.

It ran very well when i ran it but too small for my old eyes ...

In the right hands this would be as fast as any out there IMHO...

415.00 shipped in the USA and this will include the fees(I will eat them).Price it all out and you will be much higher than that.Thank you for looking..

I will be able to ship on JUNE 25 for sure and possibly before but cannot gaurantee it but definatly on the 25th of June

Thank you Tony and it may seem like a few bucks for such a small boat but those of us that have built them know what they cost when they are all said and done.I would feel bad if i added up what i have into such a small boat :D

This one looks and runs real well and with some more tweaking will be a runner.

I just have too many on the go right now and want to stick with bigger boats..

Terry

while i haven't seen this boat in person, terry came down to n. carolina for a d-12 race earlier this year. i had the pleasure of meeting terry & his wife there. he brought his .21 dumas hawk that he did a rebuild thread on , & a gas whiplash that he had also built. this guy does beautiful work, with close attention to detail & build quality!! whoever buys this one won't be sorry, imo B) .

Thanks robin...I would guestimate i have $ 480.00 in this one ...all new everything ,,that does not count epoxy primer paint or labour..Surely someone on here wants a winning boat without having to build it B)

This one is done real well.Better than the hawk and as good as the Whip.Everything square and sharp and setup like the book and the 5/16"rods are more user friendly.

I will add another set of cf rods to the pot...

Terry,

"What is a baseline pipe you guys are running with the above setup.I have a decent fin for my JAE .12 now and i need to get some more revs from the engine.NOt really peaking out like i want to."

Never really seen you post anything positive on the JAE's. Think that might have something to do with the lack of interest? Just say'n

Ron

NO problem on your comment Ron... :D

I had some setup issues with the jae .12 originally but it was the crappy fin i had on it and pipe too long,Now i have a good fin and pipe in like was suggested...6-5/8" measured with the plastic gauge...

The 21 is now working well I screwed up mounting the brass tube on one side and needed some neg in the strut...That seems to be sorted out...

I just decided that the small boats are not for me that is all

Ya might know after i took hours to get this one setup.. B)

HI TERRY, WOULD YOU BE INTERESTED IN A BRAND NEW PICCO 45 BLUEHEAD I BOUGHT FROM MIKE HALLAM LAST YEAR PLUS SOMETHING ELSE? THANKS HENRY

Maybe henry ,, if I do not sell it outright...I would rather sell than trade but we will see.The piccos are good i have one and just have a small carb issue.

mine is at 6 1/2" on my Axe Rossi .12 cobra.. I'll dubble check it tonight.

Henry, Glad your happy .it was a great little boat.Glad you were happy with the packaging as you said in the e-mail..have fun... it's a runner..

I really took my time building it and it is square and true and tougher than the kit would have been because of my little extra's.. ;)

sorry ron, I just saw your question...6.5" using one of the wood racing plastic gauges...

The NR likes a short pipe..then it screams..
