Mil Spec 100 degree counter sunk washers

I bought a rigger hull out of FL. a couple years ago-never got around to setting it up. Looks like the motor mounting screws were 10-32 100 degree head flush mounted with the side of the tub. anyone know where I can buy 1/2 dozen of the counter sunk steel washers and 10-32 rubber mounts? Have you tried looking at McMaster Carr? I know they have the rubber grommits. Look at page 3661 online.

100 degree hardware is usually machine screw spec and I did not come across any 100 degree countersunk washers. I only have seen 82 degree for FHCS.

the only problem most flathead countersunk screws you buy will be 82 deg. head. so buy the next size up for the screw you are using. example #8 screw use #10 washer. if not the head will protrude above washer surface.

Aircraft Spruce has the Tinnerman Washers annd the 100 degree fastners as well .
