Hi Larry,

Hope you received my 6 entries that were mailed on Monday:)

My wife and 2 of my kids are racing novice. I sacrificed my 2 tunnels and Mike Z one of his for them to do so, should be fun and they are pumped up to race. Can't wait! btw; had to settle a dispute with my family who was running Mike's tunnel or mine. Man, they all wanted Mike's, I don't get it: :) ))

Thanks for the work with hosting this race, looking forward to it!

Ditto to that, always good for me to see and race with my friends in IMPBA. But I think a highlight for all that were in attendence was to have our good friend Mike Larson there racing again (Marty Slater was a big help behind this!) AND, if i remember right, he took home a second place in B tunnel, good job ;)

Thank you all for coming!!! Yes, we will be changing things up for next year with the running of classes so we can have sunday be the shorter day. Ill keep you all posted on the plans. It was a great weekend with nearly perfect weather. It was great to see the same faces as always, and it was even better to see some new faces at our race. We had some great races and a lot of fast boats. It was a pleasure meeting some new boaters who traveled from the boonies to come race. We had some great conversations late at night in the parking lots of our hotels. And those **** dog people, I still cant believe they told me that my electric RC car was upsetting there dogs because it sounded like a rat hissing! LOL. I met Terry Kelly (terminator) for the first time whos kid (Josh I think) took home the Novice Cup Trophy. Congrats!!!!!. By the way, awesome truck! Got to meet Bruce Jacobs and his lovely daughter. There were a few other new faces to me that arent coming to mind, but I thank you guys also! Ill get the scores for my father soon and post them. And lastly, yes It wouldnt be a race without you Mike Larson!!! We are honored to have you and the best friend a friend could have, Marty Slater. We would all be so lucky to have a friend like him. I would also like to thank all of our sponsors too! Again, thanks for a great weekend, hope to see you all next year!!!!!

Larry Gempp Jr.

Ill post scores asap.

Big thanks to the Minute Breakers for a great weekend of racing.

We had a blast. To bad my wife only bought 2 bottles of Boones Farm to drink.

Would also like to see changes for next year too.

Thanks again to the Minute Breakers club.... the race was all class as usual.... shootin it in the lot with all the racers 'till the law comes is becoming a tradition it seems...... anyway... i did squeak a 2nd in b mod tunnel...... my hydros sorta stunk up the place, which, i didnt really have any great expectations in any class i ran, as i had 0 time by far to even wash the silt from my props, and 1 half day test session with limited results before the race..... so.... it was a weekend i needed, to be with people that deserve all the thanks i can give them, and alot of great racing, too......

Alot of people left after the first day, and, for that i was sorry if i didnt find them and show appreciation for helping me get back to a normal 2 days of life that used to be.... so..... i'm throwin it out, D4, and nationwide, gratitude for a great race, with even greater people not to be had, anywhere....

phil's got pics.... and i'd beg to ask Larry to post the results, for, i hadnt any idea where i, terry, and Marty even did end up.... any win in D4 is earned, and i wasnt expecting i'd did so well....

plus, i needed the t shirt..... see you guys around, and next year hopefully..... mike
