Just came back from the Madison Movie with my son and it was awesome! We will see it again! For those of you lucky enough to have it in your area go see it. You'll get your moneys worth and then some!

A great, "clean" movie about Unlimited hydroplanes, Hanging out with your son, doesn't get much better then that!

Jack, the movie is starting out in those cities then spreading out to others. I'm hoping that I don't have to make a 120 mile drive to Fort Wayne, Indiana to see it.
 
And what are the odds that this movie will ever make it to sweden you think?

Unless I am lucky enough to catch it in NY between 20/5 - 27/5 I guess I'll probbably have to try to find it online.... *bad boy* , cause this is one movie I simply must see :)

I got a cd trailor in the mail today. gona watch it tonight. hope I get to see the movie soon.If it is at Block buster all the better, I will check
 
I would seriously doubt it is at Blockbuster yet. Movies typically don't make it to video retail stores until after the run at the theaters; using 2-3 months later.
 
Ya just my excitement. just wishing :rolleyes:

First thing last night I watched the trailer as the burgers were cooking on the Bar Be Q. My wife wanted to show me a picture of a puppy in the middle of the race scene I would not look and she would not talk to me all night.

I guess the Bay aera is too small no picture hear.

I have sean the trailor befor but this time I could hear it. My coumpter speakers do not work.

The trailer got me excited about racing 1/8 scale electrics at the nationals I wonder if any one has a madison paint job on any of there sport hydrosfir the nats? I think I might do one I have been surching for a direction for the new shovel I just built.
 
I got to see the trailer on the computer and it look real exciting..After seeing some short movie clips of the modles scales they used it was neet to see them in the movie clips too... Hey Randy maybe we can take off to San Diego and see the movie...You can pay for the pop corn and sodas and food and.....hahahhaha
 
The wife and I just returned from viewing the Madison movie. She cried through much of it. I laughed at some of the things that were done. Like repairing the busted right sponson with a sheet of what looked like exterior plywood. But, it was good entertainment.

The scenes with the boats running were cool. There was "good(Miss Madison)" vs "evil(Miss Budweiser)" and "good" prevails. And since Mrs. JD and I qualify for the senior discount, the price was reasonable(if $12 to take your wife to see a movie is reasonable). Probably the biggest kick we got was waiting to see if our District 8 1/8 Scale guys were mentioned. They were: David and Gary Jensen, Don Mock and Harry Gatjens.
