Yesterday I went down to run my outrigger. After the first run, I went to refuel it and I noticed a head bolt missing. I called it quits and went home to get another bolt. I removed the other head bolts and noticed that one bolt had snapped of flush with the cylinder. Does any know how to remove this broken bolt so I can replace it? Is there anywhere I can send it to have this done? Any help would be appreacated. Mike

You can make a small slot cut in the top of the screw with a dremel and then use a slotted screw driver to get it out. Don't worry about slotting the case. It won't make a difference because it is under the water jacket. If it is being stubborn, heat up the case. The will help break it loose.

PS I can do it for you in a couple of weeks as I am going to leave for nats in a couple of hours.
