Hi all looking for a 2nd brushless speed control at present i have a Hacker 70-0 which works well im running a Nemisis 9xl and a Feigo 7xl im assuming both these motor's could handle 18 cell's or 22v the Hacker only handles 16 cells these motor's will be used as outboard's on a tunnel and also as inboard;s in a outrigger .What type of speed control should i be looking for that will suite this application? Regards Andris Golt's .

No matter what ESC you run, at 22volts you are at the ESC's limits and for boats that usually results in a lot of smoke. I would look at a HV (High Voltage) controller if you are going to run 18 cells or 6s lipo. Castle Creations is going to be coming out with their HV Hydra line in a few weeks but if you are in a hurry you could always use the Phoenix 110 HV with a Pistix adapter for Pistol grip style radio's.
