I'm looking for a good boat to start out with, i really enjoyed running my friends tunnel and would like to find one, if the price is right. Either a 3.5 or 7.5 anyone have any boats they would like to sell?

have an "modified areotech 7.5 "with a "mod nelson "and a "mod k&b foot." boat is controlable and very fast. just finished it with mostly new parts and like the way it handles with all the modifications . I bought this boat to do some testing mods underwater and with several attempts it came into its own. would be one to give any division contestant the fits. motor is ported, cermamic beargings, lightweight flyweel, (been blown up twice but fixed and runs strong) foot is polished and thinned with side rudder, (rigger style), twin 645's for steering, and throttle and 3rd channel are also brand new quailty servos. no reciever or radio. put together right. red and yellow, a nice boat for any stable. $575.00 gene gager

Hey Gene,

Ok,Would you mind telling what mods you're testing underwaterwith a tunnel?

Hi Bill, been playing with cant strip on inside edge of sponsons and rudder tilt angles, as I drive without a throttle so it must go thur the corners wide open. not saying its the right way to do it, but is a way to do it. still testing, positive tilt around 1/2 or 1 degree on starboard sponson definatly gives a better control feeling especialy in rough water. and stops most barrel rolling at high g forces. you will loose some corner speed cause it is pulling the boat deeper into the water, but I feel what you gained is more than what was lost. if your boat is spinning out or hooking tilt the rudder around 1/2 or 1 degree into the turn, that should hold the stern firm thru the corner. worked for me. still learning , gwg
