Looking for a pipe pressure fitting for a Nova 3.5cc non muffled pipe, whats the consensus on what to go with that's actually available?

I have a MACS 9041 Straight Thin Wall Pressure Fitting or a MACS 9051 90 degree Thin Wall Fitting that you are welcome to have. Kind of like the "Christmas Exchange" in July. I'll even cover the cost of postage that I'll be able to cover once my next stimulus check arrives :).

They are bigger inside diameter. Better radius in the curve. Pipe side is funneled. Flow is much better than a Tetra

They are for the larger motors
GS is making some smaller ones for the smaller pipes

I will get a picture this afternoon

You can use a standard threaded fitting for the pressure fitting with no problem if you make the hole in the pipe correctly.

Instead of drilling the hole in the pipe, make the hole using a sharp instrument, I use a scratch awl, and push it through the pipe wall. Be careful that you do not go too large. This pushes the material aside and it produces a thicker surface to thread. When it is tapped you have a hole at least two threads deep, many times three threads deep. Plenty of threaded area to hold the fitting securely and to keep it from leaking.

Then when the jam nut is tightened against the outside of the pipe, it pulls the threads in toward the fitting to help lock it in place.

Just my 2 cents worth...
