This is an Enco lathe and mill combintion for sale. I have not used it in several years and it is just taking up space in my crowded shop. Comes with the tool holder, 90 degree face, some cutting tools and two work lamps. It needs an on/off switch on the lathe portion.

$500.00. It is heavy. you come here, you load it in your vehicle, you take it away. You'll probably need help to pick it up and get it to your vehicle.

All I do is open the door and show you where it is.

If you send me payment, I'll hold it for you. Otherwise, first person here with $500.00 gets it. I will offer it elsewhere.

If you GAVE it to me ….. maybe… 🤣

Yeah that going to weight about 700lbs. Al is not going to help with the loading. He will just hold the door open for you. He is still recovering from that broken leg.

Is that the Compact 8 model?....I had one with all tooling that I really regret selling.
Super precise, far, far better than the current Chinese/Taiwanese machinery that's available. Built to DIN Tool Room Standards.

Too bad EMCO-Maier got out of the manual machinery business, just CNC now.

The Compact 5 and 8 machining centers were laboratory grade.

Prazi was another great outfit, but they've downsized and farmed their benchtop offerings out to China now.

$500 is an excellent deal, Al.

That machine is STILL a value....when complete machines like that are offered on eBay, etc, they go as high as $3000-$3500. You won't get one that's been taken care of for $1500. That's the ultimate hobby machining center.

Compact 5= 120 lbs, without milling attachment, Compact 8= 130, w/o milling attachment.
Whole package is right around 200-225 lbs, if that's what this is.

^ Enco and EMCO are two different companies. Enco is a US branded chinese manufactured product. EMCO is manufactured in Austria and high end stuff. Not bashing Enco, I have Grizzly Chinese made lathe and mill in my shop. They work just fine for my needs and 10's of thousands of dollars cheaper than EMCO, South Bend or Bridgeport stuff.
