I have pictures of the winners and if I get time (yea right) i will send them to Tom.

Here is a shakedown on the day.

The weather was great. 65 and sunny. The wind was brisk and as you know the trees are not holding there leafs. The pond had waves of leaf barges floating around on the water. This made for some interesting RUNNING (note i was careful as to my word selection)

I think that there were 52 boats.

Bottom line..we had a blast..you missed a good day of hanging with the guys and enjoying the weather.

Sounds like a great day. The leaves can be tricky to say the least...Very glad to hear so many came out.

The weather was gust right for racing boats not to hot and not to cold. The race was a good one except for the leaves, but we all know what we are getting into before we get to the race sight in the fall. Wish more boaters would have showed, because you missed out on a great race.
