Hey guys,

I have a couple collets left for my K90 and I want to know if they will fit on a K, MAC, or CMB 67.

Anybody here know?

Thanks,

Chris

Chris, probably not. The Kalistratov engines use a 7mm if I'm right, The K&B's from .21 -.67 have 1/4-28 threads. I don't know what the MAC's and CMB's use.

Mac and CMB Should have the same threads.

My swap from .21s had the same, guessing the larger ones have the same as well. and i dont think i would fit, as its america threads not metric, but hell who knows now a days.

K67, K82, K90 all use the same thread as Picco, CMB, MAC. It is a metric thread.

I have 4 of the above listed motors and a collet that was on a CMB that fit's them all!

Hope this helps.

Tim.

Tim D is the winner!!!

I was hoping someone would say that. That cut $15 off the price of my new scale. My wife will be happy. :p

Tim,

That's the plan at this point. I've heard that they have a ton of torque, and since the timing is so low you can set them up with just about any numbers you want.

Any input would be appreciated though,

Chris

Chris ..The one on our CMB,s cams Gold ,Purpel, and Green Heads are 8mm ,and so are the Piccos too I have an old sliver head and a blue head there 8mm.....
