Hi boaters,
I have available for sale a limited number of outboard adapter plates which allow you to run your 3.5cc powerhead with K&B bolt pattern on top of an OS lower unit. This method means no parts have to be cut, machined etc, as there is no change to either the powerhead or the lower unit. The plate simply fits in between, screwing first to the lower unit, then the engine bolts to the adapter plate.
It's a great way to upgrade to the OS lower unit without having to upgrade your powerhead at the same time.
Each kit contains:
-1 x adapter plate, CNC machined from 7075-T6 Al
-4 x M3 stainless steel countersunk screws for attaching the plate to the lower unit
-4 x 4-40 stainless steel cap screws for attaching your powerhead to the adapter plate
-1 x flex shaft from Kris Flynn (either 138mm or 141mm, depending on which PTO you are using)
Price for the kit is AU$45 + shipping + any Paypal fees.
