I called Joe Monday the 1st at approx 4:45 pm and told him about an issue we had with the decks on our JAE 21 FEs. The hatches if not carefully inserted would fall into the tub. I explained to Joe that this wasn't a big issue for us because we were going to use a one piece hatch, but wanted to make him aware of the problem. Joe was very friendly, said he would find out what happened, correct it, and send us replacement parts.

Today, Wednesday, replacement parts arrived. Not just replacement parts but, DECKS WITH ONE PIECE HATCHES!!!!!! I was completely blown away!!!!!!!

To top it off when I got to the the backer he used for shipping, I find cut out in it "Sorry Doug"........see attached pic.

I have never in my 48 years experienced service like this!!!

Joe's an awesome guy to deal with, plain and simple. And from my own experiences I can tell you JP rocks! B)

i have to agree joe at zippkits is very outstanding with service and customer support.keep up the good work guys
