Here are two of the old ones I built. I made the tub on the yellow one about 1/2" wider and a little higher.

I also made the tub about 3" longer and put a bait box on it.

What's the length?

My son Greg has the boat. I will ask him to measure it and post the length. We haven't run it yet, so we don't know how will it will work.

The top one is based off the new kit and the tub is 36 and 1/4"' long. The bottom one is the old kit and it's around 33 inches long.

Zipp is selling longer tub as short kit...boat is better by far. I have raced them both VERY happy with longer boat. She swings bigger prop and shorter pipe...Hmm. Is that possible,
