Need some opinions on this boat. I am looking into taking the plunge and build myself a twin. Looking to do a 45 or a light weight 67 since I have the motors.

Personally for racing specially in twin. Bigger is more stable. I would go 67. Plus more torque for bigger props which hook up better in ruff water

Twin 45 that's what I would do. I'm using 2317-19-38, 2319-19-38 it will be a beast of a boat.
 
Was at my sons today and took inventory of our 45's and since we have 7+ I think I'll go with the 45JAE twin. Now should I use the JAE hardware or go with Speedmaster hardware.
 
Truth is it would still work fine if you fix the ride height with the sponsons.
