I need to know how wide the inside tube is on a JAE 21.

dave, my bulkheads (unbuilt kit) measure 2 15/16". prolly work out to 3" built. check out http://ne-stuff.blogspot.com/ all the jae plans &more are there.

Mine measures 2.91 inches with a dial caliper. That is inside width. The tub is built.
