Wow...already been a week and a couple days...this job stuff really gets in the way of personal enjoyment.....anyway...so a big thanks to Tunnel Bill for stepping up and hooking me up with a Octura 3.5 motor mount...(thanks very much)...and a IMPBA vinyl sticker...
But I needed to modify the pivot bushings....there for the k&b size pin...too small...so I made a driver tool on the lathe to remove and install without damage...opened up the hole to 5.5mm reinstalled the bushings...and made a spacer from a spare screw driver handle.. 11mm x 6mm with a 5.5mm hole...so now I need to plug the transom mount hole and redrill for the Octura mount....this week I will clear coat the hull and cowl and apply some bling to the boat...oh..I also cut some vinyl Thunder Tiger stickers on my CriCut vinyl cutter..thats all for now...see you all next time..

So here is a pic of the vinyl stickers Tunnel Bill sent along with the motor mount...and my daughter suggested a shot of this glitter spray from Krylon...its silver metal flake and real shiny... the project she did turned out amazing and then shoot the 2k clear over everything...It should pop real well....its only paint...so its removable...(the orange tunnel in some of the pics I painted 9 times total..)

Hello Everyone...
I got the glitter blast from Krylon applied and then covered with 3 coats of 2k clear...looks great(personal opinion)but is not glass smooth as I was hoping for..I still have a slight texture from the glitter..
As for the build...I would say its mostly complete...I do need to install steering and throttle linkage and break in the engine but that wont be done until spring.
So for now I will say the WOF Tunnel is complete...but i will update in the Spring with a test run and comment...so I would like to thank all that followed this thread.
And to J.D. and Mark for there guidance..
And a special thank to Alden Cost for all the engine mod instructions...so until spring....here is a couple pics....

Mark..
I haven't made it to the club pond yet for any testing, this "Issue" that's currently affecting the world is cramping my outdoor enjoyment...our club pond is overtaken by fisherman practicing the 6+ feet rule and enjoying themselves, but boating I guess has a different set of rules...I would like the build instructions if you wouldn't mind...thank you

Heading to the club pond in 1/2 hour. Glad our lake is ours and ours alone. I'm lucky in that aspect I guess.

The below is a link to my thread with the WOF plans attached. The above was just a cut paste, guess it looks a bit odd. You can find the instructions on the 3rd page.

Hello everyone...
This past Sunday I was able to fire up the WOF tunnel..ran a tank of fuel..played with the needles...and cycled heat and cool ...all systems seem good...time for some water..perhaps this fathers day.
